2. Cancellation Window: We can only cancel orders before they are processed and shipped. Please reach out within 1 hour of placing your order for the best chance of cancellation
3. Processing: If your order has already been processed or shipped, we’ll guide you through our return or exchange process

What Happens After You Cancel:

• Refund: If the order is successfully canceled before shipment, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method
• Order Confirmation: You’ll receive an email confirming the cancellation and refund details
