How Will I Be Refunded?

Refund Timeline:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
- Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account
Partial Refunds:
- If your return is incomplete or partially accepted (e.g., missing items, not in original condition), we may issue a partial refund and will notify you accordingly
Store Credit Option:
- Upon request, you may opt to receive your refund as Luxor Allure store credit, which can be used on future purchases
