We want you to love your Luxor Allure products. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with the return process.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order
- Products must be unused and in their original condition (sealed and undamaged packaging)
- Unfortunately, final sale and customized products are non-returnable
How to Return Your Order:
- Contact Us: Email info@luxorallure.com with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and next steps
- Ship Back: Pack your items securely and send them back using the label provided
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
