What is your return policy?
All sales are final—no returns, exchanges, or store credit. Any Luxor Allure Rewards points used on returned items will be deducted.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to forwarding companies. If lost or damaged after reaching a freight forwarder, please contact them directly.
International Returns
We do not currently ship internationally.
Damaged, Missing, or Lost Orders
If your order arrives broken, missing items, or is marked as delivered but not received, contact Customer Care immediately. Claims for missing packages require at least 2 business days to process. Damaged items must be reported within 30 days with photos. We cannot assist after 15 days for missing packages.

Where do we ship from?
All orders ship from our Ocala, Florida location, where we formulate and manufacture our products with the highest quality.
Shipping Method
All items are shipped via USPS Ground.
Free Shipping
Orders over $88 (before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S., including Puerto Rico. Processing takes 1-3 business days, with delivery in 5-7 business days.
Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details.
Ground Shipping
Orders placed after 2 PM ship the next business day (weekends excluded). Orders placed on Thursday with USPS 2-Day Shipping arrive Monday.
P.O. Boxes
We ship to P.O. boxes via USPS Ground Mail.
Missing Package?
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact USPS with your tracking number. If unresolved, email us at info@luxorallure.com.
